Shipping & Delivery
I will endeavour to ship all orders on products in stock on the same or next working day.
Postage will be calculated at checkout, and items which exceed value of £50 will also be sent via recorded delivery.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognise your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you share with us. “Personal Information” means any information that may be used, either alone or in combination with other information, to personally identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, personal profile, a home or other physical address, an email address or other contact information. I totally value your privacy and guarantee not to pass your details on to anyone. I hate receiving unsolicited emails and post so be assured I will never do that to you. Returns & Replacements
If you have made an order in error and the products have not yet been dispatched, please email me as soon as possible at and I will arrange a full refund immediately.
If there is a fault with any of your purchases then please return it to me and I will either refund or replace your items. If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 45 days of receipt for a refund less postage to your PayPal account or credit card. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage, and we recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing. Please state your preference when returning your items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is listed as available but ‘out of stock’ it can be made to order. I will contact you to let you know how long it is likely to take, but this is usually 5-10 days.  If you purchase a bespoke item (i.e. a something that is being created specifically for you, and to your exact requirements) these orders are generally taken over the phone or via email. I will then send you a copy of the order via email with information on the various ways you can pay.
Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
Payment is made via PayPal, or by credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Please be assured that PayPal handles all card payments and your information is never seen by Bumble and Blossom. Alternatively you can pay via BACS (bank transfer).

: all prices on the site are non-negotiable. Offers and promotions will from time to time be made on certain items, and products. 
Viewing Orders
If you are signed in then you will be able to view your order history by clicking the My Account tab. If you did not sign up and bought items as a guest, you will be able to find your order details on your confirmation email. If you have lost this information please contact me and I will re-send your email.
Updating Account Information
Please keep your account information up-to-date to ensure that you don’t miss out on offers and promotions.
